After an order has been placed, we may be unable to cancel or make any changes to your order or shipping address. If your order was placed within 24 hours, you may contact our customer support team and we will do our best to see if we are able to fulfil your request, however, please note that this may not be possible.

Once an order is submitted it will be processed immediately, as such we may not be able to make any changes. If we are unable to make any changes before your order ships, we will gladly assist you with a refund or exchange once you receive it.
