How Subscriptions Work:
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive automatic repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout (e.g., monthly, quarterly). Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically for each recurring delivery.
Cancelation Terms:
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. To avoid being charged for the next delivery, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Once we process a payment, we cannot reverse it, but you may return the item according to our Refund Policy.
How to Cancel or Modify:
Billing Notifications:
You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each scheduled payment. This email will include your upcoming charge amount and next delivery date.
Auto-Renewal:
Some subscription plans may auto-renew at the end of their initial term (this will be clearly indicated at checkout). You will receive an email notification 7 days before any auto-renewal occurs, giving you time to cancel if you don't wish to continue.
Payment Failures:
If a payment fails, we'll attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times over 10 days. You'll receive email notifications about failed payments. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be paused, and you'll need to update your payment information to resume.
Refunds:
Subscription cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods. See our Returns Policy for information about returning shipped products.
Confirmation:
You will receive email confirmation whenever you cancel a subscription, pre-order, or initiate a return for a try before you buy item.
Changes to This Policy:
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our subscription services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
