● You may return any unused, unopened, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or unaltered merchandise within 30 days from the date your order was shipped for a full refund.
● Shipping is non-refundable on all returns. If your shipping was free, we reserve the right to withhold up to $9.95 to cover return shipping (does not apply to exchanges).
● We offer exchanges for the same item in a different variant when we are notified of the request within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.
If you receive what you believe to be a defective item, you typically have the option to return it for a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the product and availability. Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting our Customer Support Team within 72 hours (3 DAYS) of receiving the damaged item. We’ll take care of getting the package back to us, but shipping fees aren’t refunded on the original order.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Final Sale items include: digital gift cards, and any items tagged as "Final Sale" on our website. All custom orders are final.

Purchases made between November 1 and December 14th will be accepted until January 15th. Purchases after December 14th are subject to the regular 30 day return window.

Can I return an item that was a gift?
Of course! Sometimes others will pick out a gift for us that we can't use or don't like. You still have 30 days from the date the item was shipped to the original purchaser to mull it over, but labels and original packaging need to be intact. Returned gifted merchandise will be processed for an I Gotta Buddy Digital Gift Card ONLY.
