Where are your shirts assembled?
While the actual shirt blanks we use come pre-assembled from a Central American country such as Honduras, Nicaragua, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic, our I Gotta Buddy™ illustrations, tags, and logos are designed and applied onto the shirts in the USA.
What if I don't like a shirt or it doesn't fit correctly?
You have 30 days to decide if you wish to return an item. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details on how to return or exchange and item.
What if the shirt I ordered arrives defective?
While we strive to ensure quality control of our product line before it is shipped out to you, sometimes we can overlook a defect in materials or workmanship. Please review to our guide on Damaged/Defective Items before requesting an exchange.

What types of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal/Venmo, and Shop Pay.
How long does shipping usually take?
Depending upon the facility from which your order ships and the shipping destination of your order, items can arrive anywhere from 5 – 20 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer any form of international shipping.
Do you offer wholesaling or drop shipping?

Do you have a storefront I can visit?
Although it is a goal for us in the future to physically showcase our product line to the general public, we currently do not operate any retail locations.
Can I physically pick up my order to save shipping costs?
Due to zoning laws where we currently operate our business, we do not offer the ability for customers to physically pick up their orders.
What is the current status of my order?
Please log in to your account to check the status of your order. You will receive an email once your order ships.
Email sales@igottabuddy.com if you have not received your order based on the estimated arrival date that was provided and we will be happy to look into it for you.
Can I expedite my order?
Please contact our Customer Support Team at support@igottabuddy.com before placing an order and we will do our best to see what we can do for you. Additional fees may apply.
Can I change an order that's already been placed?
Once an order is submitted it will be processed immediately, as such, we may not be able to make any changes. If we are unable to make any changes before your order ships, we will gladly assist you with a return or exchange once you receive it.

Do you offer gift cards?
We do! Shop our I Gotta Buddy™ E-gift Card options here. The purchaser will receive an email with the E-Gift card code to forward to the intended recipient.
I Gotta Buddy™ E-gift Cards are non-refundable but do not expire.
Promotion codes can't be applied toward the purchase of gift cards, sales tax, or shipping costs.
