Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer our customers free Standard Shipping, after discounts and before any applicable taxes, shipped within the United States and its territories. While any actual shipping charges remain free to our U.S.-based customers, orders shipped to the non-contiguous states and territories will incur a Handling Fee of $9.95.
The non-contiguous states and territories are as follows: Alaska (AK), American Samoa (AS), Federated States of Micronesia (FM), Guam (GU), Hawaii (HI), Marshall Islands (MH), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Palau (PW), Puerto Rico (PR), US Virgin Islands (VI), Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), and Armed Forces Pacific (AP).
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping orders take 3-5 business days to be processed, printed, and packaged before being shipped out of our warehouse. Shipping times may vary by the volume of merchandise ordered. A signature may be required, and there may be additional charges if more than one delivery attempt is required. This service is not available for some zip codes. All orders placed after 12:00PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST), will be processed the next available business day.
We process orders Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST), excluding holidays observed by the US Post Office: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order. We may have to contact you with questions about your order, therefore, it is very important that we have your telephone number. If we have a question, and are unable to contact you, your order may be held until you contact us.
International Shipping
iGottaBuddy.com does not ship internationally at this time.
Order Tracking
All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. An email with the tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 3-5 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. The delivery service will provide shipment details with scanned checkpoint updates as well as all other required information to track your package.
Please be informed that any delivery ETA displayed on a carrier's website is merely an automated feature which cannot be used for any reference. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us.
Contact our Customer Support and we will help you locate your order if your tracking number isn't getting any updates within the standard time frame above. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us if the estimated delivery time has passed and you have yet to receive your order.
Wrong Address Deliveries
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong place. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
USPS Delivery Guarantees
We are not responsible if your order is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times provided by USPS, and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If your order is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund any applicable shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
Virginia Residents
State and local sales tax will be added to your total at checkout.
